Orders & Pricing

  • Order Quantity: Sales are limited to stock on hand. If an item you ordered is out of stock, we will notify you via phone or email.

Delivery

Returns & Exchanges

  • Return Policy: We do not accept returns for customer convenience (change of mind).
    • In case of defective or incorrect items, please contact us within 5 days of receipt. We cannot accept requests for returns or exchanges after this period.
    • We cannot accept returns for items that have been opened (unless found defective after opening) or items that have been damaged or soiled while in the customer's possession.

  • Return Shipping Costs: We will cover the shipping costs for exchanges due to defective products or incorrect shipments.
  • Defective Products: If a product is defective, we will replace it with a new or equivalent item based on our current stock. Please contact us by email within 5 days of receipt.
